Half of the participants in this study were asked consuming 480 mg of choline per day up to the time of giving birth, while the rest were asked to consume 930 mg of choline.

As a result, infants born of mothers who consume 930 mg of choline per day, has a speed of processing information is higher when compared to babies born to mothers who consumed only 480 mg of choline per day.
