The above study was conducted by researchers from Cornell University. They analyze data from 26 pregnant women who come on the third trimester pregnancy control.
Half of the participants in this study were asked consuming 480 mg of choline per day up to the time of giving birth, while the rest were asked to consume 930 mg of choline.
The baby was born and then do assessment speed in processing information and memory as they aged 4, 7, 10 and 13 months.
As a result, infants born of mothers who consume 930 mg of choline per day, has a speed of processing information is higher when compared to babies born to mothers who consumed only 480 mg of choline per day.
